  • ** Working days are defined as Mondays to Fridays. Excludes Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Should you require delivery on a weekend, please contact us before you complete your order / check out on 087 049 4155 and we can see if we can assist.
  • ** Please note that delivery times are estimates and although we work closely with our delivery partners to get your order to you as soon as possible, certain factors may cause your delivery to be delayed. Delivery may take longer during peak periods (November to February).
  • Should you place an order and our courier company advises that they do not service this area, we will contact you to advise and arrange, either delivery to the nearest town (if possible) or, a refund. We will always try our best to deliver to your area or as close as we can.
  • We require an exact physical address in order to deliver. We do not deliver to locations, farms or where the delivery address is on a gravel road.
  • Collections are available at certain stores. Please see our Decollect FAQs.
  • For payment via EFT / Bank Deposits, delivery only takes placeplaces once the full payment amount has been reflectedhas reflected in our bank account. This can take up to 3 working days – no exceptions to this rule will be made.
  • Once your order has been processed, you will be contacted to advise when delivery will take place. Due to the nature and size of our products, it makes it difficult for us to give a definitive delivery time. To get a more accurate delivery time on any specific item, please call us on 087 049 4155
  • MANY PRODUCTS ARE DELIVERED UNASSEMBLED. Assembly instructions for these products are provided. Under the additional information on each product on the website, it will tell you if the product requires assembly. Items delivered unassembled will require self-assembly. If you pay for assembly of the products, assembled products cannot be returned.
  • Some mattress and base sets require an additional order period and delivery will take place after the order period. Additional order periods will be displayed on the product page on our website. To look if an additional order period is required, please check under additional information on a product. If your order includes products with different delivery times we will deliver in one shipment when all the items are ready to be delivered.

FREE DELIVERY PROMOTION

  • Delivery for online orders of R3999 or more is FREE!
  • No promo code needed! FREE delivery is automatically applied at checkout when your order is over the specified threshold.
  • The threshold for FREE delivery is calculated after any promotions and discounts are applied and does not include any assembly fees.
  • Should your area not be easily accessible or not within the free delivery range, we are entitled to contact you and advise that there will be a delivery fee applicable to your area and the free delivery promotion does not apply. Should you not wish to pay this delivery fee, you may cancel your order and be refunded (provided your order has not already been processed and dispatched).
  • If you take advantage of a free delivery promotion, your order will be dispatched as soon as payment is reflected & delivered within the normal estimated working day period. We will not hold stock for more than 7 working days and all free delivery promotion orders will be dispatched and delivered as soon as possible.
  • In order to qualify the free delivery, you might be required to enter a coupon code applicable to the promotion which will enable the free delivery promotion or be required to select a free shipping option. Should this coupon code be omitted or the free shipping option not selected and delivery charged, we will not issue any refunds for this error however.

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY

  • Many products are delivered unassembled. Assembly instructions for these products are provided. If you look under additional information on each product, it will tell you if the product requires assembly.
  • If you require your product to be assembled please check the "Assemble this product for just R xx".
  • An assembly fee will be added to your cart.
  • Please note that the assembly fee is the amount charged per item i.e. if you buy 6 items your total assembly fee will be 6 x the price of assembly displayed on the product listing.
  • Please note:

    Due to damage and space restrictions assembly will be done by our delivery partners at the delivery address and is not done prior to delivery.

  • Unfortunately, assembly is not available for all delivery areas. If assembly is unavailable in your area you will be shown a message when checking out and the assembly fee(s) will be removed from your cart.
  • Should you require assembly after your order has been delivered, please contact us and we can arrange (if assembly is available in your delivery area). Additional delivery charges and assembly charges will apply.
  • No refunds will be issued for customers advising that they were not aware of the products being delivered unassembled.
  • If the goods have been assembled or partially assembled, the Refund and Cancellation policy does not apply (please view detailed Returns Policy here).
  • If damage occurs to the product during assembly by the customer, Decofurn Furniture will not be liable for the damage and will not be held liable for a return or refund.

DELIVERY FOR PURCHASES MADE AT ANY DECOFURN STORE

  • All our stores offer a delivery service.
  • Please contact your nearest store and they will advise the delivery fee applicable to your area. Store locations and contact details here.
  • Delivery for in store purchases takes on average 1 to 3 days from purchase provided the store has stock and payment in full is received. Delivery during peak periods may take longer. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted.
  • For payment via EFT / Bank Deposits, delivery only takes place once the full payment amount has been reflected in our bank account. This can take up to 3 working days – no exceptions to this rule will be made.
  • Our delivery service is an optional extra service offered. Your own transport can be used/arranged and products can be taken home with you from the store, provided we have stock.
  • It is highly advisable to use Decofurn accredited drivers only as damages as Decofurn will not be held liable for damages as a result of using third parties.
  • MANY PRODUCTS ARE DELIVERED UNASSEMBLED. Assembly instructions for these products are provided. Unassembled goods may be assembled by our drivers for a nominal fee – please advise whether you require assembly before delivery takes place. Please call your nearest branch and they can advise assembly fees.
