Nightmare to assemble

Was very frustrating to assemble the desk, we still could not install the locks.
The office chair was easy.
This isn't the first time we struggled to assemble furniture from Decorfurn.

Mixed Feelings

First time I received this item, on opening up, I found various contents damaged. This was the first bad feeling for this whole ordeal. I contacted Decofurn and a case was open. I was eventually informed that they will replace this item and that the courier will come and fetch this item and that they will contact me to arrangea pick up date. Then no communication followed. Out of the blue the courier stopped here to pick-up the item and to deliver the new desk. To my shock, the new desk boxing, looked worse than the previous boxing. Second bad feeling.
The driver was very friendly and he said we need to open it and inspect it before accepting the package. After inspecting, I was relieved about the contents condition.
The desk was quite an easy build and quite sturdy. The instruction leaflet is not very clear though, but one can manage it.
The whole ordeal about this desk had me in various stages of feelings. At first I was disappointed, then relieved that everything worked out at the end.
My review will be of the quality of the product and the service rendered.
The product I found to be very sturdy and is very pleasing to the eye for the amount spent.
The service I received is nothing short of professionalism, but some attention to communication can instill a bit more trust in the relationship between buyer and seller.
