Very good product. Bought 3 of them. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for modern looking headboard

Logistics

Hi there - the product is perfect.

I do plesse want to add (and this happens all the time with decofurn, and other companies, that the logists around your deliveries are quite poor. I don't think that it is appropriate that the delivery team phones you when they are at your door (without at least prewarning you with a delivery window of ~2 hours or something that would make common sense). Gone are the days of COVID, we are all back ar the office and working.

Additionally, a text in the morning at 7am, indicating that the delivery will happen somewhere today, is just not sufficient. Maybe the delivery team though I can call in sick for the entire day.

I please ask Decofurn to kindly consider this message to improve your service and service level agreements with you delivery companies.

Feel free to ignore this message if only I have brought this up, however if other customers raise this aswell, please do kindly consider.

Note: This is not a complaint, just something to consider to improve your service.
