- This offer provides a R300 discount coupon applicable to online orders with a minimum purchase value of R2399.
- Qualifying subscribers will receive the coupon via email upon subscribing to the Decofurn Furniture newsletter.
- The coupon is exclusively for new customers who have never made a purchase on decofurnsa.co.za and who have not previously subscribed to the Decofurn Furniture newsletter.
- The coupon is valid only for online transactions.
- The coupon expires 30 days from the date of issue.
- Each customer may use the coupon only once.
- This coupon cannot be combined with other promotional coupons.
- Coupons cannot be retrospectively applied to a first purchase if the customer fails to apply the coupon to their order. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the coupon code is correctly applied before finalising their purchase. Decofurn Furniture cannot be held responsible for customers who may not have received their coupon code email prior to finalising their first purchase.
- Coupon does not apply to delivery charges or assembly fees.
- Should a return bring the order value below R2399, the order will no longer qualify for the R300 discount, which will then be deducted from the refund amount. Additionally, any subsequent purchase exceeding R2399 by the customer will not qualify for a new R300 discount.
- The coupon holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Decofurn Furniture reserves the right to cancel and invalidate coupons if customers attempt to claim multiple discounts using multiple email addresses.
- Decofurn Furniture reserves the right to commence or cease this promotion at any time, including during specific sale periods, without prior notification.
Decofurn Furniture 15th Birthday Competition
("15 Years, 15 Grand")
1. The Promoter
1.1
This competition is run by Furniture Force (Pty) Ltd t/a Decofurn Furniture (registration number 2000/030002/07) ("the Promoter", "we", "us" or "our").
1.2
This is a promotional competition conducted in terms of Section 36 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 ("the CPA") and its regulations.
1.3
By entering, entrants agree to these terms and conditions, which are available free of charge on our website for the duration of the competition.
2. Competition Period
2.1
The competition opens at 00:00 on Monday 13 July 2026 and closes at 23:59 on Friday 24 July 2026 ("the competition period").
2.2
Any entry received after the closing time of 23:59 on Friday 24 July 2026 will not be valid.
3. Eligibility
3.1
The competition is open to natural persons who are 18 years or older and resident in South Africa.
3.2
The following persons may not enter: directors, members, employees, agents of or consultants to the Promoter, and the spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of such persons.
3.3
Entrants must have a valid South African mobile number and email address.
4. How to Enter
4.1
Entry is free and no purchase is required.
4.2

providing your first name, surname, email address and mobile number. All fields are mandatory.
4.3
Only one entry per person is permitted. Each entry must have a unique email address and a unique mobile number. Any entry using an email address or mobile number that has already been submitted will not be accepted.
4.4
By entering, you will be added to the Decofurn Furniture mailing list and consent to receiving marketing communications from us. You may unsubscribe at any time, and unsubscribing will not affect any valid entry already submitted.
5. The Prize
5.1
There are ten (10) prizes. Each prize is a Decofurn Furniture shopping voucher to the value of R15,000 (fifteen thousand Rand).
5.2
Each voucher is redeemable against merchandise at any Decofurn Furniture store or on the Decofurn Furniture online store, subject to the voucher terms.
5.3
Each voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash in whole or in part and cannot be reissued if lost.
5.4
The total prize pool is R150,000.
5.5
No cash alternative to any prize is available.
6. The Draws
6.1
Ten (10) winners will be selected, one in each of ten daily draws held at 13:00 on business days. Each draw selects one (1) winner by random selection from all valid entries received up to the time of that draw that have not already been selected as a winner. The draw dates are:

6.2
Entries remain open until the single closing time of 23:59 on Friday 24 July 2026. Each valid entry is eligible for every draw held after it is received, until it is selected as a winner. Entries received after a particular day's draw, including valid entries received on Friday 24 July 2026 after that day's draw, remain eligible for the following draw, up to and including the final draw on Monday 27 July 2026.
6.3
A person may win only one prize. Once selected, a winner's entry is removed from all subsequent draws.
6.4
Each draw will be conducted electronically on a random basis and overseen by an independent person to ensure fairness, as required by the CPA.
7. Notification of Winners
7.1
Winners will be contacted using the email address or mobile number provided at entry, within one (1) business day of the relevant draw.
7.2
A winner must respond and confirm acceptance of the prize within two (2) business days of first being contacted. If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select a replacement winner by a further random draw from the remaining valid entries.
7.3
Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and to sign an acknowledgement of receipt before the prize is handed over.
7.4
By entering, winners consent to their first name and general locality being published on Decofurn Furniture's website and social media channels for the purpose of announcing the results. A winner who does not wish to be identified publicly may notify the Promoter, and this will not affect their entitlement to the prize.
8. Personal Information (POPIA)
8.1
The Promoter will process entrants' personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPIA").
8.2
Personal information collected will be used to administer the competition, contact winners and, where consent is given, for marketing purposes.
8.3
Entrants may request access to, correction of or deletion of their personal information, and may unsubscribe from marketing communications, by contacting us at info@decofurnsa.co.za

9. General
9.1
The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.2
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that does not comply with these terms, or engages in any conduct that is fraudulent or in bad faith.
9.3
The Promoter may cancel, suspend or amend the competition, or these terms, where circumstances beyond its reasonable control require, on reasonable notice.
9.4
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the competition or from acceptance or use of a prize.
9.5
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
9.6
