RECLINER & DELIVERY

My 5 stars is for the product only. I am happy with my recliner set, was easy to assemble and comfortable for the price and purpose it was purchased for. However the downfall came with the logistics process. It took longer than I expected to receive the parcels. The tracking system was not updated properly. Then I only received 2 of 3 seats, I had to follow up numerous times to search for the last seater and every time I was promised a phone call back, I never received it. I had to phone back hours later to find out what is happening. I eventually after almost 2 weeks of purchasing received my full order.
