I couldn't get what I wanted which is tempered glass with drawer.

I was so disappointed that I couldn't get what I wanted, let alone that I already ordered it then all of a sudden they don't have it in stock. I don't like what I bought but bcz they did not give me anything solid to say when would they have it back in stock. Besides that I love everything about decofurn and online is easier I got my refund as well.

Still unable to unwrap it

It is so unfortunate that my coffee table is still unwrapped, I am sceptical to break or damage it while trying to remove the staples. they are too tight even if I try to remove them. I would be very glad if you could advise how best I can unwrap it without damaging it. Thank you in advance.
